The Loren invited us to capture the very soul of their brand — to translate its quiet sophistication and sense of place into a living, breathing narrative. Through in-depth stakeholder interviews, we uncovered the stories, values and moments that define The Loren, shaping them into a cohesive brand expression that resonates across every touchpoint.
Over the course of 12 months, we reimagined everything: from visual identity and design to brand voice, from a complete overhaul of film, photography and a new website to the way each guest is welcomed and every team member embodies the experience.
