As Maybourne - owner of Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Emory, The Maybourne Beverly Hills and The Maybourne Riviera  -  established itself at the pinnacle of the international luxury residential market DTR created a distinctive brand style for residential marketing which allowed for a consistent approach that varied across its properties and maintained deep sympathy with the master Maybourne brand.

Defining a World of Refined Hospitality

Maybourne Brand Film

Maybourne owns many of the world’s finest hotels. Using the platonic conceit of the idealised hotel guest we created a brand film which took the viewer across the astonishing stable of luxury hotels while maintaining both their unique personalities and the overarching relationship between them and the brand.

Maybourne Residences

The Maybourne Saint-Germain marks the transformation of the historic Îlot Saint-Germain into Maybourne's first Parisian hotel. Integrated with the hotel are two exceptional buildings that offer seven ultra luxury residences on Rue Saint Dominique and sixteen on Rue de L’Universite.

Maybourne Saint Germain

The development will be complete in 2027. DTR created CGIs, brochures, films and websites alongside Maybourne and its real estate agencies.
